It is an emulator program for old known arcade machines like Neogeo and Capcom Systems and it consider the best and most updatable.

Neogeo is a known  arcade machine exist in game park in shape of cabinet to play you need to place coins in the slot and it is from SNK  company known for game development and hardware, there are a lot of famous games from this company with series such as Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, King of Fighters, Metal Slug, and Samurai Showdown, and a lot of companies had developed many other games for this machine, and there small version of this machine was developed for rent use cause of expensive cost that cannot be marketed to personal sale even the expensive cost of the games themselves, those two type of machines were firstly released in 1990 and discontinued in 1997 but the development of their games continued until 2003 to be the longest game machine to be supported by the game companies after it discontinued.

Winkawaks is an excellent emulator program to play with Neogeo games where you can emulate the machine on your computer and play freely with games you spent the whole budget as child and it run most games were made with this games and must be listed in Kawaks game's database, after downloading the file extract its contents and inside it there a file called ROMs where you can place you games in it and must have the same game in the game's list in the program to work and there are many configuration and the ones you must focus on are the redefine keys in game category to map the gamepad's keys and region code  for games that contain multiple languages to switch between Japanese language to English language if possible then run the program and select file, load game, chose the game if available in the ROMs folder press F3 then F1 for player 1 and F2 for Player 2.
